How are they feeling today?
Like they've had a going over with a meat tenderiser, Corrah. Certainly wouldn't fancy running. How about you?
Looks like sciatica. I am not amused but it is what it is. Getting more pain meds and a referral to physio.
Bleh But it'll get better. Painkillers and gentle mobilisation
Found an adriene yoga session for sciatica so might try that. When the painkillers kick in all is good.
