Scaled back session, upper body only. Took the 5kg dumbbells out to the garage and made up a pair of 3kg dumbbells, which will suffice.
Curls: 15/15/15 @ 5kg dumbbells.
3 x (2x25) side bends with one 5kg dumbbell between sets. Felt ineffective.
Bench (wide): 12/12/12 @ 23kg.
3 x 15 triceps extensions with one 5kg dumbbell (lovely shape to hold) between sets.
Flyes: 12/12/12 @ 3kg dumbbells.
OHP: 10/10/10 @ 5kg dumbbells. MUCH harder than with the 13.5kg bar on Thursday. Exposed how much stronger my right side is.
3 x 12 lateral shoulder raises with 3kg dumbbells between sets. Wasn't getting to 90 degrees by the end of the last set.
