Not quite treadmill weather, but fairly unpleasant. I couldn't have told you what my legs were doing, or even how many legs I had. A prelude to training for a spring marathon!

Thanks :) Retreating to the treadmill wasn't a serious consideration today, it was the sort of "unpleasant" that I need to just suck up sometimes. Besides, there aren't any Rundle digits on the treadmill.
