Warming up all the way to the monument, then 5x 30 seconds at about 5k to mile pace with equal recoveries, 3 min break and then the same again, 5x 30/30, cool down home. It was nice to see that the path around the monument is finally open to the public again. So I went exploring around Völki. Nicely done, the surface is definitely better where they did some works.
