Nice day. Legs stiff, didn't really warm up so I did a tour of the tiddlywinks and rounded it up to 4 miles then came home for coffee and an oblong before taking my bike out.

I did and I did or rather my legs refused to go any faster. They seem to have been replaced by lead. Could fighting off that infection have slowed me down?
