Rain seemed to have stopped when I went out, but there was light penetrating drizzle and a cold breeze before I'd done a mile. Resisted lots of temptation to quit. Got the bug I'd failed to squish on my walk. Didn't realise how wet I was till I got home, and my footwear joined me in the shower.

I think I need to get over myself though.
I had to give myself a telling off for not wanting to run back along the main road for no better reason than that it's noisy when road surface is wet. I'm supposed to be doing London, I need to get to grips with noise.
If 8 end up doing London there may be weather. I need to get used to it so couch to 5k tomorrow regardless of the weather and I’m not going to let myself wimp out on the treadmill.
