3 x (2x20) U&D and 15 lateral shoulder raises all with the 2kg dumbbells to warm up.
Bench (narrow): 10/10/10 @ 23kg.
3 x (2x20) side bends with 8.5(ish)kg dumbbell between sets.
Deadlifts: 6/6/6 @ 38kg.
3 x 20 biceps curls with the 4kg dumbbells and (4x10) calf raises between sets.
Bent over rows: 12/12/12 @ 19.25kg.
3 x (2x15) lunges with the 4kg dumbbells between sets.
