Side lunges
glute bridge with weight on pelvis
Glute marches
Walking lunges

Twice through

8 x half kettlebell swing
8 x hammer curls with dumbells
8 x deadlift with kettlebell
8 x shoulder press with dumbells
8 x single leg deadlift with kettlebell
8-10 x plank on dumbells into upright row (one arm at a time!!)
