Oh my! What a wonderful route and what a gorgeous day!
Mile 7 includes stopping for coffee from the ice cream van at the top of Ditching Beacon (forgot to stop my watch)
This run had everything - hills, fields, woodland, trails that had become streams, mud, cake from the amazing tea room in Ditchling (cherry shortbread), sheep, cows, horses galloping.
And I felt great
Super strong and getting stronger as the run went on
Happy with that
