Tight calves are unpleasant. Hope you can loosen them.
They're just a little seared round the edges from the treadmill. They'll sort themselves out.
Hope so x
Thanks
Good job. I went to the gym and now have a program for my friend to write up. I managed to leg press 86kg so quite chuffed.
That's impressive, Corrah
Was running out of weights. I now have a goal to see if I can get to 100kg.
Are you tilting the surface a bit?
I noticed it feels better to chance it forth and back during the run, otherwise itβs to static and niggles appears.
Well done!
I have to be careful with that, Bowman. Even a slight incline is hard on my calves and I've had Achilles tendinopathy from being too enthusiastic on the treadmill in the past.
Ah i see.
