Curls: 12/12/12 @ 15.25kg.
3 x (2x20) side bends with 8(ish)kg dumbbell between sets.
Bench (wide): 12/12/12 @ 24kg.
3 x (2x15) lunges with the 4kg dumbbells between sets.
OHP: 12/12/12 @ 13kg.
3 x (4x10) calf raises between sets.
Deadlifts: 8/8/8@38kg. Stopped while feeling as if I could do several more reps.
20 lateral shoulder raises with the 2kg dumbbells to finish. Must get some 3kg dumbbells.
(Deducted the 6min I was on the 'phone to my mother between the second and third set of bench presses from the total session time.)
