eL Bee!'s choice of activity and distance, my choice of route. Stinking weather, rain and a vigorous wind, but it looks like we've got it all week and what am I supposed to do, not train? Quite enjoyed it.

The weather should never surprise me. A decade ago when we were going to be road cyclists we'd have taken our bikes out in conditions like that.
