Much nicer weather than yesterday. Set out to do 60 minutes easy, option of extending if I felt like it. I didn't feel like it, but I did make an impulse decision to do 8 x 100dp efforts with 50dp recoveries starting when the Garmin chimed 3, then jogged around for a mile and a half to make up the time. The pace spike at the end is because I felt a few drops of rain and I'd left washing on the line.
Cadence nicely bimodal, HR trace a load of bobbins. A General run with a bit of added stuff rather than an Intervals run.
