Notes & Comments

Fast finish run with fast group
running with Lotti's group, bringing up the rear. Since I knew the area really well, I could take a shortcut with the slower runners in order to catch up with the group at the bridge. Timing was perfect, we rejoined them for the final 2.5 km. I enjoyed the slightly faster run but still managed to stay mostly in HR zone 2, only towards the end when we sped up I drifted into zone 3. Happy with the progress. After the run, I went with the group to have drinks, hot chocolate was the hit! ☕
