I'm intrigued that you and Ness have both logged what sound like quite laborious runs as "easy" today.

I base it on heart rate, V'rap. 94% of it was at 147bpm (top of my Zone 2) or lower - so I didn't really push myself, but my legs didn't want to cooperate.

Ah, science nerd I've just been down a training log rabbit hole and found three runs logged as "easy" since 2006.
