Avoided the treadmill and almost avoided the rain, just a couple of light sprinklings. Gales forecast for later and it was already more than windy enough. Rarely helpful - in my face coming up from Hayton Road to the A596, which meant that it wasn't as unhelpful as it often is going down the Hayton Road.
Heart rate and perceived effort for pace back to normal.
