Decided to get on with it before changing out of running kit. Had a cup of coffee and a Nature Valley bar first.
3 x (2x20) U&D and 15 lateral shoulder raises to warm up, all with the 2kg dumbbells.
Curls: 10/10/10 @ 15.25kg.
3 x (2x15) lunges with the 4kg dumbbells between sets.
Bench (wide): 10/10/10 @ 24kg.
3 x (4x10) calf raises between sets.
Bent over rows: 12/12/12 @ 17.25kg.
3 x (2x20) side bends with 8(ish)kg dumbbell between sets.
Deadlifts: 6/6/6 @ 36kg.
