Keswick, with eL Bee!.
65min before coffee. eL Bee! climbed hard stuff incl. several attempts at a seven. I did the climbing equivalent of low weight, high reps. All the short fives on top ropes, up and down.
55min after coffee. All top rope and autobelay. Comedy struggle getting over the ledge on a 5a. One interesting 6a, then back to endurance work, which is fine but about as useful for strength development as doing hundreds of press ups on your knees.
