Garmin was set to 25m pool but I went in the small 10m pool

10m x 56 laps (I didn't count them but that's what Garmin logged)

Practising superman arms to kick off, PLACE< PRESS< PUSH thumb positions and Popeye mouth but that bit didn't work very well.
It's still a work in progress, but I'm not breathless at the end of the session so the breathing tips are helping.
