Lifting 12 x 25kg plasterboards upstairs, tilting and turning to get them over the banister on the landing, into the bedroom.

I was supposed to do strength exercises this morning but couldn't get into the room where my weights are because the plasterboards were across the doorway in the hall. This felt at least as challenging as today's weights session.
