YWA - Celebrate 29/30 - Rebirth Yoga. I had done this one before - but not for a while, and it went better today - main flow is from 3-legged dog to crescent lunge and back all on single breaths, which I know I really struggled with as I usually struggle a bit with the leg through to lunge. Anyway, that went better as I am getting a bit looser. Namaste x
