Notes & Comments

Roman Bridge loop, anti-clockwise. Been meaning to run this for ever, but at first I was too unfit and then was scared of injury because of the hills. Full disclosure, stopped at 2.75 for a pee and 3.09 because the hill was so steep, but really pleased. Hoping it will become a key part of my running repertoire, perhaps extended to 10k.
