Taper session for Sunday's 800m race. I did the warm-up with Kev and the guys and then did 3 x 200m fast with a long walk recovery (at least 5 minutes) followed by a 100m fast effort. I was going to do 4 x 200m but felt tired so did 100m instead. My cold was still making me feel heavily congested and a little tired/fatigued but I actually felt pretty good by the end - it kind of 'cleared me out'.
