- cold
Notes & Comments
Slow jog around Poulton Playing Fields (in BOA) with my phone torch to see how my body was after having some sort of cold/Covid/virus. I saw a hedgehog on the grass during the first lap - he/she was gone by the time I did my second lap. I didn't feel as bad as I expected and it helped out 'clear out' some of the mucus a little. I did 2 x ~20-second strides after.
