Ha! I needed a half time to move up UTMOST WAVA also, I needed to face how old and slow I have become 🥲

You are not running to be the fastest and compared to some you’re not old and slow, although there isn’t anything I can say to make you feel better, I expect I’ll struggle to run a 9 minute mile when I get to your age.
