That's a good brisk walk, hope all is well. I actually 'raced' parkrun this morning, my first since January.
Would have been brisker, but I had company. Didn’t want to risk breaking out in to a jog though. Not to push my luck.
You’ve been getting some good training miles in lately, so a good parkrun race was probably overdue. Hope it felt good.
It was long overdo tbh but I hope I'm fighting my head at last. A few more to follow.
