Triset 1 - Dumbbell bicep curl; dumbbell lateral raise; press up from wall

Triset 2 - Wide stance banded glute bridge; crunch; seated dumbbell overhead tricep extension

Triset 3 - side leg raise; straight leg raise; heel taps

Increased to 15 reps of each x 3 sets
2kg weights; yellow mini band

Feeling it in my shoulders

Stanley joined in which made it interesting - sitting on me, lying on my legs and trying to get the hip band to play with. Very cute!
