Pool practice. Started with beginner swim workout and actually mostly did it. Had warmup of 50 front crawl, 50 breast, 50 back, which is interesting never had that before but was kind of nice. Then did 4x50y and then 2x25y, only cut one 50y piece. Then we aquajogged for quite some time which sucked, oh well it's over now.
