My N̶e̶m̶e̶s̶i̶s̶ Watch, I mean, said to do some sort of silly interval session. Blow that for a lark, it sounds hard! So I didn't. I did push on a bit, though, which was probably just as hard but less effective training. And it took me just as long as the suggested session would have. Lose-lose, really.
