No Tuesday Tempo today, still recovering post covid so just wanted to test stamina and distance. Pleased with first 4 miles pace consistency, I think mile 5 was road crossing dithering and Fox Covert incline and mile 6 included a downhill and the smell of dinner. Intended to do 6 miles but got my route planning all wrong so did 10k and a walk home. Saw two groups of WJs out, cheery greetings exchanged although I'm not sure they realised who they were saying hello to!
