It's hilly round here
Took a while to warm up. Nice and easy but still trying to work well and make the most of the morning and the sunshine and chance to be outside moving - run 100/walk 50 on the ups, dancing like Fred Astaire (or Freddie Starr) on the downs.
Loved the steady downhill from Willingdon Hill and just opened up the legs.
Feeling good.
