Had an hours intense physio before work this morning.

Back and neck sorted, right achilles, left inner thigh and flute worked on too. It was sore, really sore 😥

Mill Road, Prom, round boatyard, golf course, about turned at roundabout outside the hospital, golf course, round boatyard, Prom then home 🥵☀️💨
