Another post covid test run over the trail.
Very warm 30C so I made little effort. Even so, the HR unsurprisingly shot up, thanks to the heat.

I am wise :-p it's just that was the earliest I could get out after the morning cycle to Beggs. If I hadn't run and walked then, I wouldn't have gone in the afternoon when the temperature had risen to 33C. :-)
