Chose The Wringer as it looked to be the right length
Struggled to hit the watts on the first rep to dropped it to 90%
Still struggled on 2nd effort so dropped it to 80% and did the rest of the workout at that level.
Worked hard, sweated, HRM did not want to play ball but no matter.

I think I'd like to work my way through an Academy or maybe even the 6 week race training again (doing the workouts that I didn't fit in this time through) Will do some research.
