Notes & Comments

A lunch time run, and it was lovely out. 24C but with a breeze keeping it cooler? Feeling pretty tight and tired, not sure why, but good to get out as always. Spoke to the older dog walk chaps, posted my letter, picked up some litter. Through the field that I thought had no cows but actually did, but I didn't have to go through them, detour to post box, through nice Woodend woods and the path by railway, over the road, back through the main park by the leisure centre, bumped into the old dog walkers coming out of our bit after their walk and said hi again, and back up our steep back drive to home. Lovely. :-) G
