Drove to Silloth intending to do a loop round Skinburness, Causewayhead and Blitterlees, but there were lots of cattle 🐄 on the Skinburness road so I turned, destroyed my soul running back along the prom into the wind, and decided that getting back to the car at exactly 5 miles was a sign. Picnic on the beach at Beckfoot on the way home.

A hoolie from the west. Was nice for the first two miles. I hadn't planned to come back along the prom.

The wind does get quite tiresome. It's not all that strong at home so I didn't realise it would blow my head off down at the coast.
