Another test run, this one all on a trail.
After 0.8 mile running to an easy effort I looked at my watch, saw the high HR and tried to slow down but didn't succeed.
Very pleasant easy run all the same.

I'd expect my HR to be high after any time away from running. It will lower as you get back into it again.

A high HR post Covid is a known problem, so I am being careful not to exacerbate it.
