The things you have to do when you won't do 20-milers ;)

😀 Mr Ness keeps telling me that he never did 20 milers in his marathon training and he ran two of his in about 3 and a half hours! He was 20 + years younger than me when he did that though!

On paper I never did "enough" 20-milers for any of my marathons. This time round I'm not bothered, all I want is to get most of the way round comfortably.
