Shoulder press - 3 x 10 x 5kg
Chest press - 10 x 5kg, 2 x 10 x 7.5kg
Power clean - 10 x 6kg bar, 2 x 10 x 10kg bar
Lying hamstring curl - 10 x 5kg, 10 x 7.5kg, 10 x 10kg
Seated leg press - 2 x 10 x 50kg
Calf raise - 3 x 10 x 27.5kg
Probably my first ‘proper’ weights session for a decade. Pretty pathetic weights but just trying to remind myself of technique and find a starting point for future sessions.
