Lunch time run, off road. Nice day again, bit fresher but warm out of wind. Went where cows might be but fine. Grass, thistles, nettles, brambles etc. all very over grown so lots of marks n scratches. Right achilles not bad. More lethargic and tight today. And right ham / glute insertion tweaking. Always something! :-) G
