Boogie was the name of the workout and it was race start practice.
Out of bed, feed cat, onto bike
HRM didn't want to work (I knew how it felt :-) ) and I didn't have the time or the energy to faff with it. It suddenly kicked in with 15 minutes to go.

Zwift spent pretty much the whole time telling me to spin faster
I spent pretty much the whole time ignoring it
I hit the watts, I sweated, it was a slog, but I JFDI
