The wind wasn't as strong as it had sounded from the sofa, it was annoying rather than hazardous, and the rain stayed off. Legs fine, just sluggish. Same as yesterday, one hour and then I could watch other people running on the television. Same route because that's where my bug and tiddlywinks were.
Probably won't hurt me to be pinned back to 65%WHR by sluggish legs.
