Last 3 nights haven't been too bad so I am starting to feel less like a zombie.
Cycle ride via Dry Drayton to Market Square and Mitcham's Corner Co-Op. Whilst I wasn't crushingly tired, I was lacking a bit in strength and zest, so the ride was slow.
