Lunch time run. Didn't fancy it. Went anyway. Double points. Drizzly, but warm. And brightened up later anyway. Flippin sore lower right back from bending over to dog (collar or food or something). I should be more careful with my back. Took my mind off achilles etc though! :-O Anyhoo, nice to get out - grabbed some bread for sandwich for lunch on way back! :-) G
