A bit of gym after tutoring. Think that might be a first! Funny how a 7pm gym class used to be normal after work, but now it feels late. Covid, lockdowns etc. Just usual, foam roller, stretches, sit ups, plank, side planks, squats, lunges, heel drops, wobble board presses, curls, side raises, machine pull down and chest press. Felt slightly less weak and weebly. Slight snotty nose. Achilles still stiff but slight better? Tweaked my back again next morning (Tuesday) bending down to undo dog's collar. Argh! ) :-) G
