Lunch time run at work. Was meant to be with Ross and Joe, but they were stuck on calls. I thought I had a 13.30 so short of time, but it was a 14.00. Must check calendar more carefully! Expected them to catch me up, but didn't happen. Always good to get out for run at work. :-) G
