Really did not enjoy this run today. Faffed about too much before heading out so it was very hot. Tried to stick to mainly shaded and wooded areas but still too hot. Legs felt like lead and it was a slog. Had planned 12m but stopped at 11, although that was better than expected as after 6m I was planning to get to 10 then stop.
