5x 1000m tempo intervals #brick
warm up via Zollenreute, Vogelsang, Multerhof, Münchenreute to Stuben, then 5x 1000m tempo training on the straight to Altshausen, continued to Altshausen and then did some hill work on the hill to Ebersbach and again up the cycle path. Fast downhill to Gruberhof and then steady home on the cycle path. I saw dad on the bike during my first interval and then again when I was on the cycle path, just 1 km from home, he came running towards me. We both did our own brick training today - getting ready for Ravensburger Triathlon.
