Recovery run walk 1/1
first run after the trail run with the Achilles issues. I did run/walk 1/1 which turned out to be 7:14 pace on average, felt good and my Achilles was happy with it. I'll try 5km tomorrow with 2/1 to see how that feels. I won't have to do a lot before the triathlon, I only need to run 5km there so I'll limit my running to 45-50 minutes max and focus on the bike instead
