Late run as I decided to start late after yesterday’s work trip (15hr day)
Absolutely beautiful morning & I mixed it up a bit which must have been fate as I bumped into my dad on his walk / totally opposite to where he normally walks then bumped into my uncle before seeing my dad again at the end as he’d got talking to some ‘old’ friends
But pleasant run and felt good after 3 (yes 3) non run days!
